Currently serving as Head of Strategic Operations and Board Secretary at Olaiya Foods Group, Adewole plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s operational vision. He oversees and coordinates group-wide operations, ensuring efficiency across all outlets while also steering public relations initiatives, strengthening administrative frameworks, and maintaining direct engagement with government bodies, regulators, and strategic partners.

Adewole’s leadership has been instrumental in driving the group’s expansion strategy, successfully guiding the establishment of high-profile outlets in Victoria Island, Ikeja, and Lekki. His strategic operational leadership blends hands-on oversight with the empowerment of branch managers and teams to deliver consistent performance and service excellence.

As Board Secretary, Adewole is entrusted with maintaining corporate governance standards, managing board communications, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
