Adewole Adebayo is a seasoned project and operations management expert with a wealth of experience in Non-profit, Government, and the Private sector.

Over the years, he has demonstrated his ability in managing projects; partnering with finance and investor relations teams and providing executives ongoing counsel related to emerging issues, and trends.

His knack for success enables him to digest complex business and environmental issues and then translate them in clear, thoughtful ways that reflect an understanding of public values, and in developing and executing key initiatives. 

Adewole has a strong passion for continuous learning, innovative thinking, and ability to present and communicate complex issues in clear terms backed with a good sense of judgement.

He is a strong advocate of self-development- he preaches it, and urges his staff, colleagues, and clients to develop themselves at every point.

Adewole is responsible for all external affairs, coordinating day-to-day operations, promoting public relations activities, handling administrative actions, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and government organizations. 

He is a major brain behind the expansion drive of the Olaiya Foods group. 

He holds a B.Sc. in computer science, and a Master’s in Information Technology.
